Quotes are returned within 24 business hours of receiving your brief. For urgent requests — last-minute additions, technical failures from another provider — same-day intervention is possible for compact setups, subject to availability.

For corporate conferences and product launches in Lyon's Part-Dieu or Confluence business districts, P2.6 mm is our standard: broadcast-quality resolution from 3 metres, suitable for slides, video and live camera feeds. For Sirha, Eurexpo trade show stands or Halle Tony Garnier concerts, P3.9 mm covers larger formats cost-effectively. For medical congresses at the Cité Internationale or scientific symposiums (Lyon hosts a dense network of research institutions — INSERM, CNRS, Hospices Civils de Lyon), P1.5 mm delivers the colourimetric precision required for clinical imagery. All panels are ROE Carbon, Novastar-driven, calibrated in Rec.709.

We handle everything from delivery to strike. At Eurexpo, we equip exhibitor stands with high-density LED walls (P2.6 mm, 9 to 36 m²) for product demonstrations and brand presentations across Sirha, Pollutec, Industrie and other major trade fairs. Our team is familiar with Eurexpo's access schedules, exhibitor bay power supplies (typically 32A or 63A three-phase) and height restrictions per hall. White-label service available for international event agencies.

We cover all major Lyon venues: Eurexpo exhibition centre (42 000 m², all halls), Halle Tony Garnier (17 000 m², 7 300 standing or 4 500 seated), Cité Internationale (conference centre, congress and corporate events), Amphithéâtre Lumière (1 900 seats), Palais des Congrès (up to 3 000 participants), Transbordeur (1 000 to 3 200 standing, concerts and private events) and the Groupama Stadium for large-scale productions. For venues in the wider Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (Grenoble, Clermont-Ferrand, Saint-Étienne), we apply a fixed logistics supplement.

Equipment rates are identical to our Paris pricing. A logistics supplement of approximately €400–600 HT covers the Paris-Lyon round trip (4 hours, 470 km) for a standard deployment. A 9 m² P2.6 mm trade show display with delivery, setup and collection runs from €2 200 HT per day in Lyon. A 24 m² broadcast-quality LED wall for a corporate conference (with 2-camera capture) runs €4 000–6 000 HT per day all-in. A full stage LED wall for a Halle Tony Garnier concert (60 m²+, multi-camera, line array) starts from €14 000 HT per day. Multi-day events benefit from discounts of 15 %, 25 % or 35 % from day 2, 3 or 4 respectively. All prices in euros excluding French VAT (20 %).
