Next Visions is a Paris-based audiovisual rental company specialising in LED wall hire, LED screen rental and professional sound systems for events across France and Europe. We supply and operate modular LED panels from 4 m² to 100 m²+, with broadcast-quality pitches starting at P1.5 mm for close-viewing applications and P3.9 mm for large outdoor formats.
Our stock is built around ROE Carbon panels driven by Novastar processors — the industry standard for broadcast-accurate colour calibration (Rec.709). Every rental includes delivery by our own logistics team, full rigging or ground-support assembly, signal chain setup, content testing and on-site technical supervision. We handle the complete turnkey, so your team focuses on the event.
Based in Île-de-France, we cover Paris intra-muros and all surrounding departments (92, 93, 94, 95, 77, 78, 91) with no additional logistics fee. For events in Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Lille and other French cities, we deploy nationally with a fixed logistics supplement. International enquiries welcome — we work with agencies and clients from across Europe.

What is the lead time for LED wall rental in Paris?

For standard configurations in Paris and greater Île-de-France (92, 93, 94, 95, 77, 78, 91), we deliver and install within 48 hours. Quotes are sent within 24 business hours of receiving your brief. For urgent requests (last-minute additions, equipment failure from another provider), we can often respond within 24 hours for smaller setups, subject to availability.
What LED wall sizes and pitches do you offer?

We carry ROE Carbon LED panels in pitches from P1.5 mm to P3.9 mm, driven by Novastar processors. P2.6 mm is our most common pitch for corporate events, product launches and trade shows — it delivers broadcast-quality resolution from 3 metres viewing distance. P1.5 mm is available for medical congresses, scientific presentations and high-detail visualisations. P3.9 mm suits large outdoor events and long viewing distances. All panels are modular: from a 4 m² breakout display to an 80 m²+ arena screen.
Do you deliver and set up the LED wall, or just supply the panels?

We handle the full turnkey service: delivery by our own logistics team, structural rigging or ground support assembly, Novastar signal processor configuration, content source testing (HDMI, DisplayPort, SDI) and on-site technical supervision throughout the event. Dismantling and retrieval are included. You deal with one team from quote to strike.
Can you provide LED walls for international events and trade fairs in Paris?

Yes. We regularly equip international exhibitors at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles (220 000 m²), Paris Nord Villepinte (246 000 m²), Paris Le Bourget and the Palais des Congrès. We can white-label our service for international event agencies, and our team speaks English. For Cannes, Nice and Monaco events on the French Riviera, we also cover these locations — additional logistics costs apply outside Île-de-France.
How much does LED wall rental cost in Paris?

Day rates start from €1 800 HT (excl. VAT) for a compact 9 m² P2.6 display with delivery, setup and collection in greater Paris. A 24 m² broadcast-quality LED wall for a corporate conference runs €3 500–5 500 HT per day all-in. A full stage LED wall (60 m²+) with multi-camera capture for a concert or large-format event starts from €12 000 HT per day. Multi-day events benefit from progressive discounts of 15 %, 25 % or 35 % from day 2, 3 or 4 respectively. All prices are in euros excluding French VAT (20 %).
Is there a difference between 'led wall rental' and 'led screen hire' in your catalogue?

Not in practice. LED wall, LED screen, LED display, video wall — these all refer to the same modular panel technology in our catalogue. The pitch (pixel spacing in mm) and module size vary, but the concept is identical: tiled LED panels assembled into any shape and size, driven by a video processor, delivering a seamless high-brightness image. We use 'led wall' and 'led screen' interchangeably in our quotes.
